Director of Operations & Administration

Libby Kidd joined the IPC staff in 1978. She provides the leadership and supervision as necessary to all support staff as well as performing all administrative duties in cooperation with program directors, staff members, church members, and the congregation as a whole. Libby is a Fellow in Presbyterian Church Business Administration and the National Association of Church Business Administration. She received an Associates degree in Applied Science, Food Service Management and Technology from Jefferson State Junior College and a Bachelor of Administrative Science from the University of Alabama. Libby is a native of Alabama and has four children Ben, Jan, Jeff, and Jenny. In 1989 Libby married George Kidd who has three children, John, Bill, and Delia. Together, they have fourteen grandchildren.
